These Terms & Conditions govern quote requests and bookings made with LIR Airport Shuttle ("we", "us") through this website. By requesting a quote or completing a booking, you agree to the terms below.
Payment & Cancellations
- Cancellations 48+ hrs before scheduled pickup: full refund.
- Cancellations 24–48 hrs before scheduled pickup: 50% refund.
- Cancellations under 24 hrs before scheduled pickup or no-show: no refund.
- Round-trip bookings: once the first trip has been completed, the return trip is non-refundable if canceled.
- Flight delays are monitored and do not affect your cancellation window.
- Payment is processed securely by PayPal; LIR Airport Shuttle does not store your card details.
Reservation Modifications
- Changes to the date, time, pickup location, or passenger/luggage count must be requested via email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Modifications requested with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
Luggage
- Rates include 2 standard bags per passenger + 1 carry-on. Excess or oversized luggage (surfboards, golf bags, extra suitcases, etc.) must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.
- We reserve the right to deny transport of luggage not previously arranged if space is unavailable.
Pets
- Pets must travel in an appropriately sized carrier at all times during the trip.
- Please notify us at the time of booking if traveling with a pet.
Pickup & Drop-off Location
Rates are based on the pickup/drop-off location provided at the time of booking. If the actual location differs, additional charges may apply based on distance.
Passenger Count
Vehicle assignment and rates are based on the number of passengers provided at booking. Additional passengers beyond this number may require a larger vehicle or additional fees, subject to availability.
Lost or Left Behind Items
- LIR Airport Shuttle is not responsible for personal items lost, damaged, or left behind in the vehicle. Please check the vehicle before exiting.
- If an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return it, but cannot guarantee recovery and may charge a return/delivery fee.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or end transport for passengers who are disruptive, intoxicated, or pose a safety risk to the driver or other passengers.
Liability
LIR Airport Shuttle is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or events beyond its control.
