Payment Processing

Confirmed ("Book Now") bookings are paid in full at checkout through PayPal's secure payment gateway. When you pay, your card or account details are entered directly with PayPal and are never collected, transmitted to, or stored by this website. We only receive confirmation that payment was completed, along with a PayPal order/transaction ID, which we keep with your booking record for receipts, accounting, and dispute resolution.

PayPal processes this payment as an independent controller of that data under its own privacy policy, available at paypal.com/legalhub/privacy-full. "Request Quote" submissions for custom or unlisted destinations are not paid online — no payment information is collected until a price is confirmed with you directly.

How We Use Your Information

• To prepare and send you a quote or booking confirmation.
• To process payment for confirmed bookings via PayPal and to verify that payment was received.
• To coordinate your airport pickup or drop-off, including flight tracking.

We retain booking and quote records, including the Google Sheet log and related email records, for 3 months after the service is completed.
